Teaching experience:
The author has been a Subject Head in Home Economics/Consumer Studies, at Fairbairn College, for 15 years. She has also written the Grade 10 Consumer Studies Text and Workbook and is busy with the Grade 11 and 12 books. In addition she has been the Learning Area Head in Technology, at Fairbairn College. She has also been furthering her studies over the past few years and has vast experience in the field of Technology.
